Pics from today's leg session. Wasn't feeling as strong today but was still able to hit 180lbs (including chains) for 2 sets of 6. Also did 3 sets at 135 for 8 reps. The chains add variable resistance to help my explosiveness at the bottom of the lift. I'm also down to 144lbs, down 13lbs since the 1st of June. Really liking my progress so far. Running 10mg/ day Balkan Winny and 4mg Phizer albuterol 3x day.

AnonI like this, I like it a lot! Good work mama. One suggestion... Squatting in the very spongy running type shoes is not good. The squishy heels can throw off your stability. Flat/minimalist training shoes with little padding or even converse chuck Taylor's are much better...

I'm LOVING it!!! seeing good results and increased strength. Min. side effects, some light nigh sweats and some days it feels like my knees could use some oil.
Yeah I've read it can be hard on joints, I'm planning to run it with NPP to avoid that. Today's leg day, you're motivating me with that big weight!
Woo Hoo!!! Kick butt today. Im off from the gym today after a 7 or 8 day go. I ran for 61 minutes Tuesday and I don't think it helped me in the gym. Id rather lift heavy than be a runner
