Lab results ongoing gyno issue

Sup guys, i had a thread going earlier about my gyno issue, these are my bloods done yesterday. My prolactin is high at 15.9(Nrml:4.0-15.2) and Estradiol high at 50.2(Nrml:7.6-42.6) It got cut off. All i have been taking is 10mg nolva and .25mg prami ed. I wanted to drop everything but looks like i cant. The thing i dont understand is i took letro and my estrogen was at 8 then i took 22.5 mgs of aromasin for 3-4days and then 7.5mgs for two weeks so my estro wouldnt rebound. Was that not long enough? im going to try the letro protocol one more time for two weeks alongside .5mgs of prami and 10mgs of nolva. im just confused as to why my estro got so high again.

ive been doing some research and i think whats raising my estro is nolva. Ive been taking it for about three months now. Im only taking 10mgs a day now but its the only explanation i can think of. Ive read nolva raises test levels so that would also raise estro levels too am i right? im cutting off nolva today and sticking with letro and prami for 2 more weeks and then tapering the letro with aromasin one more time. I want to get off all these drugs so i can see where my baseline is at.
So ugl letro is good but pharmaceutical prami not?

I can't find a legitimate letro. Pharmacy grade here I come. I have no choice.
im pretty sure the pharma prami is good, ive only taken it for two weeks in small doses. Ididnt check my prolactin on my previous test so im not sure if it has gone down or not.
Anonmy e2 level is 40 on my last test and I'm not on gear. By the way I'm feeling, I bet I could have high e2 levels as well.
any gyno issues?
AnonAt this point no gyno issues but I've had puffy nips a few days here and there. I have to lose a bit more fat before I call the gyno police. I still don't like that my e2 level is >= 40 though :( In the past it was sitting around 25-30 when off cycle.
well as long as your not having any issues. 40 is high but still in range so it shouldnt bother you too much.
i take it your using tren or deca...i didnt think you were supposed to use nolva during a nor19 cycle. Can someone else chime in on this or maybe i need to check my facts?
no i did a prohormone cycle(super dmz) a few months back. im not on anything thats why im taking the nolva now

Are your AI's and Prolactin defenses pharma, ugl, or research company. It really might make all the difference in the world. FR sent, pm me if you don't want to talk in the open forum
Well my Ai's are ugl but my prami is pharma. The thing is i know the UGL Ai's are good because my estro was so low when taking the letro.
Are you nipples "puffy" at all (enlarged areola) or are you just experiencing hard lumps underneath? You might be able to kill two birds with one stone. I've dropped my prolactin very low crashing my estro with adex (which you would still have watch for a rebound with), but you can fight the rebound. You might have a few more options here.
