Heres my pics for the battle with blackdoug.
currently 6'3 @ 205lbs 29y.o. 12% bf according to my caliper test (could be off im not sure). Ive been recomping since june of 2013 and plan to continue on. Im trying to drop bodyfat while making solid lean gains. Im not particularly lookimg for changes on the scale as much as I am changes in the mirror. I hope doug brings his best game(if thats even possible at 40) because I love a challenge! Either way im motivated and ready!

My cycle: I decided to keep it simple and show some of these guys what a simple cycle with good diet and training can do.

Diet:

Meal 1 is a shake I make myself 16oz egg whites, hand full of oats, cup of almond milk, fruit ( bananna, strawberries, or blueberries)

Meal 2 is a 6 egg omlet on 12 grain toast

Meal 3 is baked or grilled chicken with an assortment of steamed veggies I make and sometimes a small sweet potato.

Meal 4 varies from canned chicken or tuna with raw broccoli and carrots, to vikings tuna shake.

Workout

Meal 5 usually chicken, beef, or baked fish with steamed veggies.

At any point between meal 3 and 5 I may drink egg whites or eat a can of tuna. I always eat till im full and I never really watch my portions unless its carbs after 2 p.m.

Cheat day which is always saturday. Me and 2 of my buddies get together and really hit the gym hard and heavy with compound movements and heavy weight. This is why I choose Saturday for my cheat day because when were done our bodies are pretty tore down and need lots of calories to recover.

Meal 1 is a 6 egg omlet with bacon and cheese on wheat toast

Workout

Meal 2 is usually a 20oz ribeye with steamed veggies, baked sweet potato, with shrimp scampie and rice.

Meal 3 is vikes tuna shake

Meal 4 is a huge plate chicken and steak with rice and veggies from the local hibatchi grill. I always get crazy comments from the waitresses and cooks for cleaning my plate lol.

Lol I love the smack talk it makes it more fun! I always read them to the wife. She especially liked the old as dirt one. You call me anything but the n word and I would still consider that fun.....
Well I must admit I've got my work cut out for me. What I do have going for me is that I believe my drastic changes will be more noticeable. You've done a nice job Jansen and I must give props.... +1 that's about it though because by time BlackDoug rolls over your skinny ass in this competition you'll tuck tail, run , and hide out of shear embarrassment that an old dude ran you through the wringer and hung you out to dry!..........

All this trash talk just makes me wanna go lock myself in my bedroom ...... with my 80lb dumbells and rep them for sets of 20 till I cant anymore. Then come out and eat a pound of dead cow with a sweet potato and steamed veggies! Im gonna roll through this thing like a freight train... chooo chooo!
