+ 6 Its All About The Diet

Without getting into to much detail, I just want to emphasize how important the right diet and nutrition is. Ive spun my wheels for years about the supplements, the best cycle, how many compounds to stack. Since taking a serious look and making drastic change in my diet and found what works best for me, ive had noticeable results on a weekly basis.

My advice to anyone spinning their wheels, stuck and not sure how to get things moving again, critique, itemize and adjust your diet. Done correctly along side the right cycle and training regimen your guaranteed tob see results. Thanks for letting me share.

I agree. I go to the gym 4-5xs a week n ready to lean a little more and I know my diet needs to be more clean to see full results.

You'll get there, I always thought i was eating good until I wrote it all down in macros and totals, was I way off on what I thought I was doing.
