Gotta good foundation to work with. Get a good diet plan worked out, dont forget to get in good amounts of healthy fats. Thats alot of peoples downfall, I was one of them, u cant make protein do ALL the work.
Hit the gym hard and you'll hit that goal in no time with your frame.

Id say ur cheating urself, or atleast hindering ur progress, especially on gear.
fat is the most misunderstood nutrient I believe. We've been brainwashed for decades about how fat is the evil macronutrient.
High Protein + low carb & low fat = failure.
Every macro has its job to do. But only protein and fat are essential (u must get enough thru ur diet)
I personally have seen the most progress once u upped my fat over 100 grams a day.
from flaxseed oil, macadamia nut oil, coconut oil, whole eggs (cage free, not fed corn) and red meat.
Without getting into to much detail on diet, I can only suggest adding a tbsp of flaxseed or macadamia nut oil to ur shakes or food. 2-3 per day. Avoid vegetable and hydrogenated oils. Get up to around 100 grams and tweak it from there. Just my advice. Its worked for me and a handful of clients.
Remember, u cant out train bad nutrition.
