lol yup, i have a problem. i ordered 3 kits, first one shipped on the 8th and didnt land until the 22nd and the other 2 shipped on the 21st and landed today the 24th. I guess there was a holiday going on over there or something. Never had a pack from europe show up in 3 days. Karls on his shit.

Hey do you time your GH according to your eating schedule?
E.g. do you not eat 2 hours before pinning or do you eat carbs an hour after pinning to aid in IGF-1 production via natty insulin release?
Na, I've read a lot about it and I've came to the conclusion that it's not that important. There's no way I could do that anyways when I'm eating every two hours. I do my first shot when I wake up so ive been fasting all night but later in the day I'll be eating around the times I pin.
Growth is so damn expensive so I just wanna make sure to get the most out of it. I too read a lot about it and it really seems that it doesn´t make much of a difference. But thanks for confirming bro.

I start cooking my breakfast right after so usually 15-20mins after my shot i eat.
