You could get a pretty decent shoulder workout (all laterals) with those. Arms and that is about it.

Check up on craigslist and build up a gym

Bro there's plenty of things you could do. Stick to major compound movements such as dips, push ups and pull ups. Those 3 alone will get you big but don't forget legs.

Hold heavy weights and do lunges, big stretched out lunges side to side or forward, and that will train quads and hamstrings.

But you can also do squats
