Thanks bro, just having a little difficulty isolating them. I recently been sitting on a wide dumb bell and doing close grip seated rows(dumb bell did not penitrate) but just not getting enough contraction. Any pointers?
Ace VenturaDef coming with the thickness in the upper bizzack. A little constructive criticism, your mid to lower back seems like its lagging behind a bit. Maybe if you start dead lifting your boyfriend post-intercourse, it might give it a little jump start. +1 for progress
