+ 10 GP Test 500 Undecanoate Follow-Up

ad

Follow-Up to July 12 bloodwork.

Chemicals (Week 8)

GP Test U500 (1g/wk.)
GP Deca 250 (500 mg/wk.)
Hygetropin HGH (4 IU / day) (from Naps)

Serum Test = 6,680 ng/dL

E2 = 58.5 pg/mL which is a little high. Using Letro 2.5 mg/day. Think E2 is still well controlled on that high serum Test.

Creatinine still high but lower than previous test. Could be a combo of body mass, muscle breakdown from training - did legs the day before the blood was drawn - or a side effect of Deca.

Concerned about the elevated alkaline phosphatase. Never have seen that before. Anybody who has a suggestion I would appreciate it. Other liver values are normal. Deca?

How smooth is the U500 compared to test enanthate and cypionate?

Trial and error over many years. I aromatize a lot and easily and Letro is the only thing that seems to hold my E2 down. Adex and aro even in high doses even phama grade just don't do it.

Twice a week. That's enough to get the blood plasma to build with that long a half-life.

Do you mind sharing the batch number for your GP Deca 250?

Dickkhead's picture

It's an older bottle GP134F There haven't been any problems with deca in my memory.

that is real test 500.+1

Dickkhead's picture

I've had such good luck with all their stuff for so long. I know when folk write bad reviews they must be real but I always scratch my head. That Test 500 is in MCT oil as well not EO which a lot of labs use when they try to make high concentration gear. So, no PIP.

Creatinine can also result from weakened kidneys. Not saying that's what it is just throwing it out there. +1

Dickkhead's picture

I hope not. I love bodybuilding. Really I do. But never so much that it is worth organ damage. The liver can repair itself to some extent but not the kidneys.

Yea the kidneys suck ass

Found this in an MD article.... Looks like meds from doc can help but some foods will help. So you should increase Vitamin D uptake and avoid zinc containing products

✔ Dietary Changes
Certain foods help to lower the increased alkaline phosphatase levels. Controlling the amount of foods that increase the levels of these enzymes has proven beneficial for the overall control of ALP levels. One should increase the intake of foods rich in vitamin D and copper. The dietary inadequacy of these nutrients has been associated with elevated levels of serum alkaline phosphatase.

In contrast, foods rich in zinc should be avoided since zinc is an important structural component of this metalloprotein. You may also need to control the intake of vitamin B12 rich foods. However, consult the health care provider before making any such dietary changes. Given below is a list of foods to be included as well as those to be avoided, in order to lower the levels of alkaline phosphatase in blood.
Foods to Include
Milk
Eggs
Alfalafa
Tuna
Sardines
Mackerel
Herring
Cod liver oil
Shiitake mushrooms

Foods to Avoid
Beef
Pork
Lamb
Lentils
Cheese
Shellfish
Corn oil
Coconut oil

Thanks bro. Much appreciated. My diet is rich in some of the "foods to avoid."
