+ 8 getting ready to cut

I have made some good strength gains on my last cycle of Hulk's NPP (100 mgs per week) and var (20 mgs per day) with 2iu's of hgh daily. I am starting my cut process this month. I am currently at 19% body fat and looking to get to 15%. Let me hear your comments and suggestions please.

You look great! It sounds like you want to lose 5-10 pounds. I would drop your calorie intake by about 200-300 calories a day (taking it out of fats/carbs) and add in cardio every day. I would alternate your cardio between 30 minutes morning cardio (empty stomach but with BCAA's) and 15-20 minutes of HIIT cardio after your workout. Just my thoughts Smile

I personally like your look. So you basically just want to lose some water weight. Do your stair master, elliptical, some treadmill running while keeping your water intake high. I would then start cutting my carbs a little everyday for the next week or so and then reassess my physique. I would only burn 200 calories 3 times a week. Stay in touch
