Here are the results of 18 days on mtren...overall back size and definition has improved, have stayed at 187 but have leaned out about 2% bf. I have some bloat from at 900g carb reefed but other than that I am pretty satisfied with the results. I will be running this the last 10 days of my prep for sure...hard to tell from iphone pics but the muscle texture is insane
