Excellently Painful Shoulder Pump!!

Blowing the shoulders up, 5 exercises, 4 sets each, last 2 combined Frt/lateral raises. Upped the reps to 15-20, slightly lowered weight, for the final 2 weeks of the EBC comp.
Had to change the line up a little, couldn't move the laterals after the upright rows! ;-P

No1I can get every muscle pumped except shoulders
Switch it up, hit em from a differnt angle, or rep range, super set, combine exercises.
If I do front and side raises together (Front, lower, side, lower, front.....) I blow up. I usually save that for the end cause my shoulders are useless after that.
I do a low intensity high volume program right now. I couldn't be happier with the results. My bloodflow just is incredible on it. The muscles literally feel ready to blow up sometimes. Ur gunna be ready for the EBC bro ur already there broher. Just keep it up!
I just finished Ab's, Tri's and Bi's, with the high reps it felt like my skin was gonna tear after my second set of curls. Got em a little over 18 1/8. Thanks Bro!
