I ordered about 2 and a half weeks ago didnt recieve tracking or confirmation of funds being excepted no big deal because of the holiday madness but EK delivers flawlessly
the only problem Cypionate vials had some white stuff floating around in there maybe from the cold weather but anybody know what to do in this case?

The white stuff you saw floating was just the esters etc separated from the Cyp itself. Things can separate at lower temps.
I had this happen last winter on a package, I simply placed my affected vials in a ceramic bowl (any bowl will do) of hot water. I filled the bowl up so the water submerged the bottom half of the vials. In under 5 min, the white stuff was gone, and everything was sound again. Upon removal from the bowl, I gave each vial a gentle roll in each hand, to assure myself everything was mixed again.
