These were taken this morning before my workout. This is the end of week 2 of competition prep. I have made some gains and have been working hard. Please let me know what you think. I know I need to add some size to my quads.

Thanks so much! When I started going to the gym, I had no thoughts to competing, never even dreamed that I would like lifting. Confidence is an issue for me, so reading comments like this are a huge boost.
you look great and you can definitely tell that some changes have been made compared to last weeks pictures. you still have a ways to go before the show I think you said you wanted to do in april so youre definitely on the right track. you might want to work on your back pose a little so we can see some more definition out of it. overall good job and keep up the hard work.
Yes the show is in April and I start posing classes in January. I have had a little coaching for my poses but I'm still struggling a little. Thank you so much for your input. I need all the help I can get.
