Took some time but I have some nice detail in the Hammies now. Calves are shredded!
Yeah, I know I need more size! That will come. Remember I'm 6'2"!
I was told to concentrate on the cut and leave the size to 2013!

Showing alot of muscle everywhere you take a shot of you GFit. Only a few week spots to work on with your next bulk and you'll be set.
Thanks humpnpump, You know, it's a lot easier to find the spots that need work without the covering if fat! I thought I was doing good with the fat last EBC, I had no idea that much was still there! I like this look! More muscle and some tweaking and I think I'll do we'll this year competing!
Yeah I didn't realize how much fat I had on my abs LOL, this cutter definitely helped spot the areas to work on. You'll be top notch competing GFit, you got more drive than a 25 yr old and all them yrs of knowledge to carry you over the top.

I'm looking at NPC comps for this year. Most that I saw just have 1 Masters Class but some have 3 Masters Divisions, 40+, 50+, 60+.

Yeah i have the same problem, i haven't worked out my delts directly in 4-5 months because they get way too big

Thanks Bro, I could pull well with them and was doing good with Deadlifts and stiff legged Deadlifts. But you gotta drop the fat to see the muscles. I prefer this look I need to add size now while watching the nutrition and see where I get.
