+ 15 EBC Update Been Sick But Back At It Now

Just a quick EBC update. I just got over one of the worst flus ever. Hit me hard for two weeks then stuck around to fuck with me for another week. Been real hard to eat or get in a decent workout because of it. I've been completely over it for a good week now and my doc prescribed me some ambien so now I'm sleeping like a frat boy in an alcohol induced coma. I'm up 12 lbs which is almost half way to my goal (30lbs) but I know I've got to step it up some now that I'm better. I'll be 40 in three weeks. I have a goal to work toward.

be careful with that ambien. that stuff had me sleep walking. the last time i took it i kept sleep walking and taking more of that stuff in my sleep. i came to like 4 days later. that is why ill never mess with that stuff again

Thanks Ace. I think those VIPs are helping with the lean part. I've been eating kinda dirty too trying to catch up. I've eaten more pizza in the last 3 weeks than I had in 3 months.
