Starting my next cycle on Jan 2015 went to donate blood today on a just in case my blood is still a lil thick from my previous cycle. Siding on the side of caution. If your on aas donating blood is a must! Stay safe my eroids peeps

hunteron20sWell mostly the iron levels and rbc count ..you have to keep on that if your hemocratic is 50% or more you wanna donate .your heart will have to work harder if the blood is to thick and cuases heavy breathing easily ..
