Looking good bro. I don't know what your goals are, but if it's bulking try out this shake irongame suggested.
2 cups of milk
1 cup dry oats
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 scoops whey or casein
Obviously the type of milk and peanut butter you use will change things up. But with the blend I use each shake has 1,010 calories. I drink 3 per day. 2 with whey (morning and post workout) and 1 with casein (before bed). That's 3,030 calories for me right there, then I just eat every 2 hours and have no problem getting over 4,500
