Very impressive brother....i need to get back on Apple Cider Vinegar. Your right its much needed do you take liquid or pills?

Also i never heard of
Glutathione

I will research for sure

I take liquid form of apple cider vinegar.... specifically it's "Fire Cider"... they add ginger, lemon, habanero pepper, garlic & turmeric... all anti-inflammatories.

Glutathione - It's a combo of AA: cysteine, glycine & glutamine. Your body produces it's own...but poor diet, pollution, toxins, meds, stress, trauma, aging, infections all deplete it. Leading to cell disintegration from oxidative stress, free radicals, infections & cancer. Maintaining high level of glutathione is critical to recover from nearly all chronic illness, and to prevent disease. It's critical in detox as toxins stick onto glutathione, which carries them into the bile and the stool. There are other benefits that I'm certain you'll come across through your research.

This was my point to this thread...to learn something new...thanks bro

Sure thing bro!... most of my supps are for anti-oxidant purposes... if you're looking for more performance supps, Betaine & HMB have some decent research though I didn't feel much improvement when I tried them. For endurance purposes Baking Soda as a pre-workout is fantastic. Lastly, Chia Seeds are also a "go-to" of mine for endurance activities. When fully saturated, and gulped down they keep you hydrated & provide sustained energy.

I never get enough sleep even when I go to bed when I want to. So I take way too much caffeine.

Wake up 200mg caffeine + 10g bcaa
2 l carnitine tabs
1 osteo biflex
Claritin
1g cla

Same thing at bed time minus caffeine and Claritin
Ran out of fish oil, is krill oil better than regular omega3?
