I was requested to throw this pic up. My plan after returning form Afghanistan was to prime my body for 8 weeks (carb cycling). After that, hit my SBC (short burst cycle). This pic I was around 215 12%bf. I did 7 weeks of priming for my cycle, I couldnt wait to start so I did 1 week early haha. I had 9k worth of gear I had waiting for me at the house. At the beginning of the cycle I was 204 (probably 9% bf maybe). As of now I am currently 219 13-14% bf (probably more towards 13). Constructive criticism welcome.
