Sorry for all mishaps with my photos so i got off my ipad onto my laptop seems to have fixed the problem. I wanted to post pics of me from the show but I need to edit them to protect my identity. I get on that soon.

I don't want to be to long winded, but I usually do cardio twice a day. I don't have a set time on how much cardio I do but I have a set goal for calories burned. My macros changed throughout. I think I began carb cycling with 260 protein 300 carbs 50 fat with high carb days being 260 protein 450 carb 50 fat. Like 2 weeks out I was like 250 or 240 protein 60 carb 25 fat and high carb days 240 or 250 protein 110 carb 30 fat. My condition was decent for only 8 weeks of dieting because the show after that was the real show I was preparing for but once I got that placing because of my hernia I was like why waste the time when most likely I would get the same result. I started out at 208 and my weight class cut off was 176. Next contest I will probably diet for 20 weeks just so I don't feel rushed and I don't have to kill myself dieting. I'm definitely going to spend a lot of time on my hamstrings and my back trying to lower my lats to create a better v taper. I was taking a break from everything, but then I read about the ebc contest y'all have so I might go back into the gym to win some gear for my next show. I'm not sure what my goal to set should be though.

bigKountryGood looking pics,when mine do it I just use an appreciate on my phone call piscstitch and it gives me the options to crop and rotate keep up the hard work brother+2

sorry the rotation is off I couldn't rotate them.
+2! When mine load sideways or upside down I crop them, edit and repost the newly cropped one. Works for me
