No news to report; continuing to drop the bodyfat and replacing it with quite a bit of vascularity. Veins popping out of my neck; upper chest and shoulders. Will post some shirt off ones in another 3 weeks as I am still conscious about my powerlifter stomach and back. Started Vikings low carb diet a few weeks ago and it is showing me improvements. Nothing beats Pharma grade test.

my left forearm is still screwed up so I have to be careful, I cant stress enough the importance of warming up your muscles before you power out the weights. I never did and I almost tore both of my tendons in my arms. Took me well over 3 months to recover and it still isnt 100%. Old age is a bitch.

Indeed; Just got back on the bench after an injury. Went from 300 3 weeks ago to 375 for 6 reps. I am doing nothing but strength and power training so my stomach is still lagging behind and my legs are thick as tree trunks but with no definition.

Just hit 17.3 for my arms. Trying to get better and better. It is a difficult thing to do because sometimes I feel like slacking and that voice comes out calling me a quitter and it makes me squeeze out another rep.
