I was at 381 before my cycle. Check it here http://www.eroids.com/pics/before-cycle-labs-0 but i was feeling great. I believe some of us just have a naturally low baseline. we are all different and in my opinion its all about how you feel, if your at 496 and have no energy/libido then i would be a bit worried. At 381 i was making good gains, horny as ever, energetic, and feeling great all around! I was off cycle for about a year.
BillLumberghagree. I honestly think it depends on the individual, as well as conversions to other hormones. esp dht
Yeah see thats what im saying, some ppl wont consider it low, but it depends on your symptoms. Thanks for the link
NotNatural23That isn't low bro mine was 67 and that's low. Your free test is high if it is the same values of numbers my test show. So as a guy in the medical field I would go to an endocrine Dooctor and get more blood work done cause most the normal ranges for testostwrone is between 300- 1100. Yes you are at a lower level and being towards 1100 is a lot better. You are saying all the problems you felt but your bloods show different so I would most definitely get blood work done and go to and endo doc. Best of luck!
496 is not low at all as Rustyhooker said. Given your age, it could be a little bit higher, but so many things go into hormone fluctuations. Rusty hit a lot of it. Even the amount of water you take in could add stress to yourself without you knowing it. Do you go out on the weekends? Every weekend? Drink regularly? Sleep more than 6 hours a night, without waking up? What is an "okay libido"? Diet could be the reason for fat build up...
Too many other things than to account this as "naturally low T levels". Sorry, I do not believe that you are near a TRT level that you seem that youre putting yourself down to.
Rustyhooker496 isn't low. I'd have your physicial run thyroid tests etc. Simple nutrients, stresses etc also effect what your saying. Vits and minerals. Foods. Studies shown that low protein taken daily effects moods. Look locally at your symptoms first before hormones since test was good
Yeah I had all classic symptoms, went to a urologist at 21years old and my first numbers were 422... Remembering at those levels i felt like poop though bro... Had struggles with erections it was embarrasing hated the feeling even after diet changes and exercise, had my thyroids all done and all normal... The only number that was low was my T levels , and at 21 it shouldnt be in the 400's, some people feel great in the 400's but i didnt ... It was horrible bro
RustyhookerThen definitly go to endo and follow their advice before cycling. Insurance covers Dr ordered test. Ugl cycling can lose your insurance.
Good luck!
