+ 2 Baseline Bloods - Few Questions

ad

Here is my baseline bloods from about a week ago. I have not cycled in about 2 years due to recovering from a motorcycle accident last year. I've only done two cycles, both of which were test only. My first cycle was at a very young age of 22 and didn't know shit. Thankfully I've taken the time to read forums like eroids to increase my level of knowledge in this area.

Previous Cycle (~2 years ago)
TestE 500mg/week 12 weeks
Aromosin 12.5 e3d
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25

Edit: fixed the mistake I made with Nolva doses.

My current stats:

Age: 34
Height: 5'11
Weight: 185 lbs
BF: 18%

My current diet is about 2,500 calories a day, but I'm trying to lose fat so I'm at probably a 500-600 calorie deficit a week when cardio/lifting is factored in. Six meals a day.

I have only recently started training hard again. I crashed on my motorcycle last year and it was out of commission for nearly 8 months and lost a considerable amount of weight (probably a lot being muscle). Thankfully I've recovered 100% and I'm back in the gym now 4 days a week with a 2 days of rest. I do cardio in the mornings and do a 4-day split at night.

Questions/Concerns:

1) LDL = 107.

My LDL seems a bit high for being off cycle for over a year. Should I be concerned with my LDL being so high? My HDL is a bit too low as well. My diet mostly consists of meats (chicken, fish, steak every so often, turkey, etc).

2) Estradiol = 40

My test is at >800 natural which is very surprising, but my Estradiol levels are over 40. I'm wondering if this is due to having a higher body fat %? I've considering using a low does AI but I don't know if it's needed. I could just up the cardio two times a week to get down to below 12% fat. Obviously I won't even considering running a cycle again until I'm below 12%. Do think think low dose AI would be a good idea here?

3) Bilirubin = 2.2 (reference is 1.2mg/dL)

I don't know much about this one. I've google searched and apparently it could indicate other liver related issues. Guess I need to get into my doc to get my liver checked. Seems kind of odd to see this pop up.

Appreciate all the suggestions/comments based on blood results and the above info.

4) If you see anything else on the bloods that is alarming please let me know. I take this shit seriously.

Future plans:

Possibly get on HGH about 1-2IU/day to help with overall 'well-being' and fat loss. Probably another Test E cycle after I can get my BF down to 12% or lower.

Thanks in advance, MtnDew

Thanks for the update. That was the right choice to go back to your doctor and see where you're at. Good work and good luck with getting back where you want to be.

I got the same blood work taken on Monday waitin for my results...it's been 4 weeks since ending pct for me. Your test numbers are outstanding though...good job on getting bloods!

I would definately talk to your doc about your bilirubin count. It doesn't seem super high, but it is well out of range, so just give them a call. Like I said in another post, getting yourself into the sun can help decrease this number, it won't solve the root cause if there is one.

so it's probably nothing much to worry about.

Maybe. Just don't risk it and not check. Call to be sure. Best of luck.

Excellent. Please update us on the results.

Your LDL is only going to get worse on cycle and like ballz said you have some good test already bro

Yea that's borderline but some people are fine at that range where others wouldn't be.
