Swonky...Thanks bro. I started doing weighted pull ups about a month ago with the widest grip and boom I started getting thick. It's crazy. Rows, pull downs and weighted dips. It's working wonders for me. Also I have been hitting battle ropes twice a week.
nos88unless you're on like 5 grams of gear a week I doubt 1 month would do much to change a back.
