arm from bad injection
about three days ago i was pinning some tne into my delt with a slin pin. ive done this a million times. this time i moved down just a little prob around a half inch to an inch lower. it was fine sliding the pin in but when i started to push the tne in it started to burn like crazy. i stopped pulled it out and pinned the other delt. i am very clean about it. i clean everything with alcohol very well. here is the problem. 2 days ago i noticed swelling in my bicep. i iced it and took some advil and it seemed to do down a little. but here i am 3 days out and its still swolen ( not more then before but still swollen). also today i noticed its starting to bruise close to where i pinned it.its only slightly sore when i raise my arm. other then it being swollen im fine. no fever. i still have a full range of motion. im kind of baffled as to what the hell i did to myself. i need to make a decision on whether to hit the doc. since tomorrow is friday i dont want to wait and end up in the emergency room over the weekend.

Thanks theo! The arm feels fine. It's still swollen and the black and blue mark is darker but I expected that. I think it's going away

Cant really tell, your arms always look swollen...haha that was a knee slapper! Jk. But seriously stop being a pansy(pinning slin pin) next time use a 1 inch needle in them delts! If you loose range of motion over night and it gets gradually worse, then go to the hospital, but in 3 more days it should heal. You should be fine though honestly. You hit a nerve homie, shit happens.P.s. always keep a 30 day supply of antibiotics on hand just incase.

Honestly looks like it went sub q it's prob seollen and will be for 5 days or so . It might even travel a little the sorness . Just watch it and try and keep it moving work it out every day and it should go away bro. Usually I will get a little fluid that will form somplace close them dissipate pretty quick . Just watch it if you develope a fever or chills go to the doc
