I'm doing 4am 4pm last 4weeks I can barely sleep so much pain on my hands.
I don't man! I actually only have hand swelling first thing when I wake up and it goes away right now I'm pinning 5 iu am 2 at noon and 3 pm but yea I'm not sure what you could do for the hand pain at night. Btw what batch # do you have?
Lol holy shit 12iu, how's that compare to running 5iu? I know it's a big difference in dose just wondering what you notice at higher doses and how long it took you to get to that dose?
If I go above 4iu my fuckin hands hurt lol but it's slowly going away after about 3 weeks, I gotta bump it by only like 1iu per month otherwise the sides are more pronounced.

Honestly the big difference I see is muscle growth and muscle roundness! W 5 I get great definition and fat loss but 10-12 iu's is much more of a anabolic effect

How do you take the 12iu please bro, all at once , am pm , pre work out ? I'm thinking of blasting some at this dose and was going to , 4iu am , 4iu pre workout and 4iu before bed
I actually just switched ack to 10 iu but 5 am 2 noon and 3 iu p'm seems to work best for me. My am shot is followed by something I cannot mention on here but I believe it complements the bigger iu shot without a doubt
