Haven't run a good old fashioned sust and deca cycle in about 14 years so get things together ready for winter as to when I'm sure I will produce a nice water moon face

Good luck with this. I've found that running a lower dose of deca, along with keeping on top of my estro and diet (salt and the like), keeps water weight down. Done right, you'll just get some solid gains and stay lean.

Will be running 600mg of deca per week along with 1ml of Sust per day
over a gram of test a week . i like that . just remember your deca will be higher than your test coz you already got 100mg in your sustanon every day so it might affect your bedroom performance . but your gunna look huge brother
