Those blue hearts were great though but only thing I didn't like was I'd get these crazy lower back pumps right above my hips man and they would halt me to a dead stop while I'd just be walking! Probably never run dbol again due to the trouble I had with blood pressure and estro(crashing it of course lol) trying to dial in my ai

believer_84Thanks bro, yeah my chest was one of my weaknesses so I really tried to hit the bench in all areas. Well before I dropped the dbol I was up 11lbs but in this last week I've dropped roughly 3lbs. Some of the water weight I'm sure, but really helped the way I looked when it came off. Sittin at 186 now hoping to hit around 192 by the end of cycle and maybe stay with n mid 180's after pct, but who knows might gain another 10lbs before I'm done lol.
You should gain another 10 bro but you gotta eat BIGG. I put on 30 on my first test cycle with no dbol. I ate like a pig and trained like a beast. whatever your eating now, add another 1000 calories. IF your 186 now you need atleast 4000 cals a day.
believer_84I hear ya man, I'm doing my best at stuffing my face haha. I'm sure I've been replacing some fat with muscle as well because believe itor not my waist size and gut have slimmed down quite a bit even with the higher calorie diet. Right now I'm taking in about 3500-4000. Probably gonna be adding in some of Viking's mass shake here pretty quick!
