+ 4 3rd week primo progress

In my 3rd week of TRT dose test, 600 mgs primo and 2iu GH. Sitting at 6'3 218. I know I'm not as big as most dudes on here, but I've been natural past 2 years and putting on weight through diet.

Don't worry about "BIG" unless you plan to compete. If you cn get to 200 at less than 10% BF you will look great!

I was 270lbs solid everywhere, but 15% BF now 195 6-7% BF looks wayy better!

You've got a great base to start with. Like any steroid, diet is pretty much going to dictate your body composition in the end. But the good thing about primo is that your strength should go sky high on it at 600mg a week. The strength gains I get from good primo are comparable to tren.

Tren id say is superior when you consider price, and effective dosage. But Quads primo has such a high purity rate and it's listed at such a good price I'd say it's definitely worth it. And primo is so mild that it's a great way to go when you know you're getting legit primo. I'll be giving Quads primo a shot on one of my next orders.

Keep hitting the gym hard, keep up the intensity, and keep the diet consistent and you will start noticing some big changes.

One goal for this cycle is to really be able to see some abs. For some reason my upper stomach area protrudes out may be my rib cage? Then I just have stubborn fat around the bottom. My goal was to be 220 before I started the cycle so I'm sure that didn't help. I eat a lot of carbs. Was thinking of trying carb cycling for September

I can tell you one thing that helped me a ton with abs. I started out with an almost identical looking base to what you're working with now. I struggled with wanting to be big but lean and ripped at the same time. Going up and down at the same time isn't possible until you're lean already and get rid of the stomach fat.

I cut carbs almost completely for about 6 months, added in a shit ton of cardio and just stayed consistent with weights during that time. Didn't focus on trying to get stronger. Just strived to maintain the muscle I had.

I hit abs hard, too during this time and eventually they really started to pop and that fat started to melt away fast.

And once you're lean, it's a lot easier to bulk up without putting on too much unwanted fat. Sometimes none at all if you're careful with diet and the carbs you're taking in.

My stomach also pushed out once I really started building some ab muscles underneath the surface. But don't pay attention to that right now. Once that fat starts coming off you're going to realize quick that it's not necessarily the fat that's pushing your stomach out. It's the muscle underneath giving the illusion that you have more fat than you do.

I'd say tweak your diet a bit to cut out some carbs. Try not to cut the cals too much. Keep the protein high. Focus on that stomach area using ab workouts and cardio abs you will see great progress very soon.

If you have any diet questions just let me know. I'm no expert but I can definitely give you some tips based on what worked for me.

After a few months I had people coming up to me and telling me I should do show and start competing.

I'm highly carb sensitive. Cutting out carbs did wonders for me. Now I can eat a high amount of carbs and I don't put on any fat. I still stay away from refined carbs though. I stick with unrefined carbs almost entirely now and I can still keep my energy and strength up, and put on lean muscle.

Right now I'm about 208lbs-210lbs with a 31 waist. 6 ft tall. Before I cut big time I was about 212lbs with a 34 waist.
