Things are going to get sticky.. I’m one of the unlucky ones who’s load size decrease on cycle, and not going into much detail I much prefer firing ropes over my girlfriend, as romantically as possible of course.

I found this a few years ago and although I altered it slightly to suit myself I’ll post the whole thing so you can experiment yourselves. This isn’t my own work as it’s found all over the internet but if anyone knows it’s origins I’ll give the credit to the author.

(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg
(5) L-Lysine: 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg

After a week or so your load sizes will be porn star worthy..

I narrowed my own stack down to

(1) Lecithin 3,600 once daily
(2) Pygeum 100mg once daily (I won’t always run this)
(3) plenty of water!!

The lecithin will do the most for improving the load side and the pygeum helps a little although it’ll increase precum dramatically.
