vitamin b12 injections

On my last vacation, we stopped in belize and I purchased some vitamin b12 injections. My question is how much should I inject each week. I will be using it with a up coming cycle. The pharmacist said 1ml a week. She was American, by the way. I dont recall how much b12 per ml, as I'm at work and dont have the bottles in front of me.

So I checked the vials and even though I dont speak spanish, I was able to make out the dosage. It says only 250mcg a ml and to inject 2 ml a week. I only have two bottles so maybe I will only take 500 mcg a week.
I take 1,000mcgs every two weeks and it gives me that extra boost in appetite. The day I take it also gives me a boost in the gym. I'm sure you know this but you don't want to mix the b-12 in the same syringe as AAS because b-12 is water based.

Actually it is 1ML = 1000 micrograms mcg. I take 2000mcg every 7 days.
