Controlling massive hunger

ad

Hey guys, I'm currently running the following cycle. Very moderate doses as I'm an endurance athlete and using more for improved recovery and muscle retention rather than mass gains. Now about 6 weeks into my cycle and my appetite is INSANE. I run around 10 miles per day on top of lifting so I know it's normal to be very calorie hungry but ever since I've been on this cycle it's gone to a crazy new level. I've gained nearly 20 lbs in these few weeks and this is not ideal for my endurance sport. Any supps or adjustments to my cycle to control the hunger? I was trying to cut this weight with T3 at 100 mcg per day the past 2 weeks but I am still gaining weight. Is it possible for me to be out eating the T3?? I also take albuterol as well but long eca stack use in the past has really made me tolerant to stims like albut.
Test prop 200 mg/wk
Mast prop 300 mg/wk
Npp 200 mg/wk
Tbol 25mg/day
Halo 20 mg every now and then for hard workout days.
T3 100mcg / day
Albuterol 8 mg / day
Ipamorwlon cjc no dac 3x 70 injections

Hey, bro, I know you are looking for a really good piece of advice. So here it is. You should do a little research on your own. There are lots of web-sites, which will eagerly give you the appropriate and reliable information (such as http://uslimmer.com/how-to-control-your-appetite/ or http://www.livescience.com/54248-controlling-your-hunger.html). There you will definitely find the really effective, well-tried and reliable appetite suppressants, which will solve your problem for sure.

Yeah ur cycle is wacked. Test/npp/Tbol=endurance? Nah brah. Maybe GW501516, EPO and HGH. I'd say quit and recOmp

This list is totally fkn mental imo.

I can see you dropping dead real soon with heart valve failure........... quit this lunacy bro and do yourself a favour.

Endurance athlete running 100mcg of T3. Do you realise what's going to happen to your "endurance" whilst you're effectively suffering with thyrotoxicosis? Go into my profile, look at my forums and read what happened to my thyroid. Those are real life experiences to digest.

I really don't get what you're doing with AAS to be honest. What were you expecting to happen other than weight gain? Everything you're doing seems to contradict either your goals or your athletic health.

read your story. From what I understand you used it from age 22 to 28, so 6 years of T4 at 50 mcg? I never planned on running the T3 beyond my cycle... especially not for 6 years. Your case is kind of extreme and I can see why you ended up hyperthyroid

Catalyst's picture

Short runs, not constantly! Do I come across as stupid enough to run thyroid meds for 6 years?????? Less than 2x4-6week runs per year. Not extreme in the slightest, quite the opposite. I'm reasonably well versed in drugs, I work for a pharmaceutical firm in immunology ;)

I'll leave you to do your thing, good luck with your goals.

Wasn't sure how you cycled it! that sounds much more reasonable. it was great to read you found a dosing regimen that brought you success in your sport. bummed to see it back fired in the long-term. So do you think even one T3 cycle peaking at 100 mcg for a few weeks will cause permanent changes to my thyroid? If there are long-term effects, are they easily controlled with the correct thyroid medication? you say in your case you have to take T3 the rest of your life now? I don't mind dropping the stuff since I am not seeing any weight loss anyways

Not likely, but not inconceivable. Let's be honest, people abuse t3 and t4 and nothing happens, but the consequences are significant. Yes, I take thyroxine now for the rest if my life. T4 over here in the uk, they don't replace t3 as it's expensive (nhs for you!).

Well from my TSH results (around 1.9) throughout the cycle I figure I'm not hyperthyroid. I'll definitely read up on your experience though so thanks for the warning.

I was hoping for better recovery, more lean muscle, less body fat, and more fast twitch muscle from the AAS combined with my training. I'd say these would be beneficial to any athlete including myself.

I counted 8 different compounds there. Why are you taking everything under the kitchen sink if all you are looking for is a little improved recovery and muscle retention? This is crazy!

robertr54333's picture

just seeing how different things effect me. I've slowly added 1 compound at a time to try and gauge the effects. difficult to pinpoint what gave me a monstrous appetite though. Maybe some people just get this side effect from any AAS in general?

All I could recommend here is GET OFF THAT T3, maybe even the albuterol and switch it out for a low ECA dosage... I am only saying this because when I ran the ECA I was disgusted by food... but man that t3 will have permanent damage, it is a fucked up thing and the rebound effects especially with your hunger issues will only bring you back to square 1 if not worse!! Good luck to you..

robertr54333's picture

thanks for the input man. I've got quite a tolerance to the ECA and I'm not comfortable with taking massive doses of stimulants just to cut weight. trying ketotifen to reset tolerance though so we'll see what happens. I read a lot of conflicting opinions about T3, some say it permanently ruins the thyroid others say the thyroid can bounce back to normal no problem. and I've read albuterol is safer than clen and won't fuck up my cardio.

konig's picture

I agree about the albuterol being safer than clen, I hate clen... I too have a high tolerance to ECA, I was unaware you did as well. I just highly recommend that you back away from the t3.. that is a life changer man its not worth it.. I ran ketotifen along side at night with the ECA and I don't know if it really helped.. but good luck to you man and stay away from too many compounds!!

robertr54333's picture

Alright thanks dude. give benadryl a try that also supposedly works like ketotifen. Supplementing with chelated magnesium can also improve stimulant tolerance, but most people use this for adderall.

konig's picture

Hmm I have a good supply of adderall through prescription, I have never heard of the magnesium trick, is it effective??

robertr54333's picture

it definitely works for my adderall tolerance
