ad
Last few visits to my suboxone doctor my blood pressure has been pretty high every time..today I woke up and got to the doctor and it read 161/81..is there any vitamins or herbal remedies to lower blood pressure without having to go to doctor and get on bp meds? I just started pct yesterday so I'm not sure if this is normal to be happening or not..any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks animals.

RichTrayHealthy choice Blood Pressure Formula and Peptace 500 fish peptides.the 2 are a great combo that work.I take the subs to and my numbers were a little higher then that and i dropped them pretty quick with that combo. If you purchase on amazon you can get a bottle of both for under $50.its a 2 month supply .For $25 a month that is the cheapest, healthiest and most effective combo I know of.My choices were based on a balance of cost/effectiveness.I have many years experience. Good Luck
AnonThere has been some great information here on natural remedies, you could even add vitamin-c in at 1000mg 4 to 5 times a day (the effervescent ones) it,s a great natural diuretic which can help lower b/p.Dandelion root is another which may help.
Saying that your Systolic b/p is elevated but your Diastolic (lower reading) is perfectly normal. I would personally donate blood double red blood cells if possible.
As irongame427 previously mentioned high Hemoglobin, Rbc and Hematocrit can seriously thicken your blood which puts extra pressure on your heart.I bet these readings will come down in time now your off cycle but for now a baby Asprin a day would be a great addition as it thins your blood.
All the best mak.
Check out cycle support by ai sports. It has all the good stuff in it.
Red Yeast Rice 600mg
N Acetyl Cysteine 600mg
Silymarin (Milk Thistle Extract) 500mg
Hawthorn Berry 500mg
Saw Palmetto 150mg
Nettle Root 125mg
Celery Seed Extract 75mg
Idebenone 50mg
Policosanol 10mg
RustyhookerFluid intake. Donate rbc if they're high.
That's probably what it is there's no other explination you need blood work. Having high rbc, hemoglobin and hematocrit puts you at high risk for heart attacks and strokes. Not something to fuck wth. Turns your blood into mud.
RustyhookerWorking in the sun all day and hitting a decent cycle requires more attention.
Thx for the help guys..I could of googled it of course but I'd rather ask people with personal experiences with what worked.
In the meantime eat some beets and celerey.
In my experience nothing works better than beet root extract. Its also cheap
Iron_MonkMagnesium!!!
One tablespoon apple cider vinegar per day worked wonders on me.And Turmeric
PallMallWhat pale said. Also more fluid ontake and baby (86mg) aspirin
Thx man I'll do some research on it..
Hawthorne berry extract
Fat thumb negged you..I'll check it out..my bp has never been this high before.
I wonder why that is. Really weird.
Not sure..I smoke and drink energy drinks every now and then but nothing to have it at 161/81..I'll try vitamins to lower it first if it don't help then I'll see the doc..my family has history of high bp so that could be a factor.
Vitamins aren't a quick fix like taking a rx med would. I believe it takes a few weeks for the hawthorn berry to start working. Might be a good idea to take some supps lipids also. Policansol 20mg ed and 2400mg red yeast rice twice a day has dramatically helped my lipid profile even while I was on gear. CoQ10 is also another thing for lipids.
Grabbed some red yeast rice n hawthorn berry..I'll keep bp monitored for ant changes in next few weeks.
red yeast rice is a crock of shit; dont waste your money on it, drink a lot of fluids, stay away from smoking, and hawthorne berry is a good additive. Funny as it may sound, but practice breathing as well.
Swonky...Kyolic Aged Garlic works wonders for me. Do your research on it.
Thx bro I'll check it out..
