What's your opinion about Anavar only cycle (without test)?
Some people say it's a waste of money, others claim they got very decent and lean gains.
(I've never done a cycle before)

add some test. you will be able to get enough test to run along side the var for literally a fraction of what your var costs you. Is it the needles you are trying to avoid, its really no big deal. If you arent willing to pin you may want to reevaluate using aas.
Test will help you maintain the normal functions of a male while on cycle, give you more gains and you will feel wayyyyyy better. Its a no brainer. Test wi be your base for everything so get used to it.
If you are a woman then yes it's cool! A man, no! HELL NO!

From what I've read, anavar has close to no side effects so I though could start with anavar before doing a standard Test-E cycle. I guess I was wrong

If your not willing to inject yourself then steroids arnt for you.
I agree you will not be happy with an anavar only cycle. After 12 weeks at 20 mg/day it will suppress endogenous testosterone by 67% so its not worth running alone.
AnonIf you've never done a cycle before there is no point in you touching anavar. You need to stick with a test only cycle. Oral only cycles are not good for a number of reasons. plenty of threads to explain why. Do a little research. Here is a starter cycle.
Week 1-12 TestE at 500mg split dosages (250x2)
Pct
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
A.I on hand as needed. Adex or aromasin.
