Newbie Questions! please helpppp

Stats age 24, 5'10, 175 pounds, 7-10% bodyfat.
HI YALL. Im gonna start my first ever cycle of test e for 10 weeks doesed at 400mg a week . I have been researching and came up with a few questions.

A) I work at fedex as a package handler and it requires that i go 4-5 hours with out food with continual heavy lifting. I try to eat casein protein before i go so my body doesnt go catabolic during these working hours. But after my shift is done my muscles feel really flat. So my question is i know test e is a androgenic ANABOLIC steroid but due to no food can my body become catabolic even when im on test?

B) what hour of the day should i pin?

Thank you everyone for your your help it has been duly noted. From what i read from all your comments would it help then if i brought mabye a 50 gram protein shake and a 30 gram power bar and sipped on it while i work and munch the power bar really quickly midway? Or should i just save my money and not cycle at all for now? IM really eager to cycle though:)

I would not cycle until you figure your diet out. A protein shake and bars will help. I would try to have all kinds of high protein snacks. You could even have chicken in a zip lock in your pocket.

Why couldn't he eat before work? I get that constant protein is the best way but I think if he was to eat say chicken 2 or 3 hours before work and chicken right before work along with a shake (with good carbs to get some energy for morning). Then after the 5 hours eat more chicken and a shake it would help him. I am guessing the times before work he is asleep but he could wake up to eat and go back to sleep. This would really suck but if he cant break free but every 5 hours it might help.He could put a protein bars in his pockets too to help with this. I think his problem might be in the food he eats for breakfast not just in the fact he cant eat every 3 hours. It takes different time for the body to process food. Eggs would go quick where red meat would go really slow. This is all theory I have never tried it nor will I. All I am saying is it might help and maybe look in to it.Side not I would not start AAS until you get diet figured out.

It's not that I can't handled it, it's just that the pink thong is too small and it chafes my ass, and to be perfectly honest, I really don't like the cowboy hat either.

I'm a hunter. I shoot Deer and elk and use vennison. Chicken or turkey will work fine. What I like to do is take some of that meat, season it lightly and stick it in a food dehydrator. It shrinks the meat into jerky and you can pack a lot more. Go easy on the salt. You aren't storing it for a year so it will last just fine. Fedex lets you have pockets so keep that meat in a ziplock bag in your pocket. Take it out and chew it while you are driving. If you don't have enough room in your pockets wear tube socks and tuck some inside the sides of your socks. If they are filled with weed and whatnot, stick some inside of your underwear. The ziplock will protect your meat from getting covered in fromunda cheese (You know cheese fromunda your balls.) and hey, if you tuck that meat right, you may trick a few ladies accepting the deliveries into getting your number. Pack meat along with your casein habit and you will be good to go.

Finaly, and most important. From this point on don't add a bunch of p's behind statements like "please helpppp" all the extra p's on your help in my opinion stand for pussy. Thinking like a woman and talking like a woman sometimes turns you into a woman. You are a man, be one always without excuses.

Something for to you think about if you want to grow:

The BIG boys in this sport, I.E, Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Kai Greene etc, openly inform you during their seminars that they eat between 8-10 meals a day.

So if we go by the lower amount of 8, that's 240 MEALS A MONTH.

IF you're only eating 2 OR 3 meals a day, that's only 90 meals a month, MAX.

See the difference why most don't grow?

GET THOSE CALORIES INTO YOU, NO MATTER WHAT, Mate.

Thats your answer below from goth brother! its going to be tough i know but you have to steadily drip feed that body with nutrients to have any chance of growing,like anything in life it has to become routine.. meaning pre/prepping small meals and shakes to take to work with you.. if this is what you really have your heart set on this is what you must do without a doubt.

If you're not able to consume 40 grams of protien as well as other nutrients every 2-3 hours, you may as well save your money and time. If you have trouble believing that, take pics before and after and post them, and see what I mean.
On the other hand, if you can pre-make some shakes of keep some Muscle-Milks stashed somewhere, it will make a huge difference.
The reason your muscles feel flat at the end of a shift is because you have depleted glycogen stores, and used up precious recooperation resources. Not eating on top of that is a double whammy, and a measly 400 grams of test per week isn't going to avert that.

That is absolutely 100% not true.
You cannot "make up" a nutrient deficit by eating extra at the end of the day. Every hour that goes by without caloric/nutrient requirements being met puts your anabolic matrix into a defecit that cannot be compensated later on.

good post brother. idk where the guy got that from. as it says below you gotta eat big to be big. thats why diet is such a major part of training and getting results. if you eat like shit your going to look like shit regardless of what you inject. try to eat as clean as possible as often as possible.

How many times have you heard the BIG boys saying it? "To Grow, You Need To Eat". Get yourself a couple of boxes of cereal bars that are small enough for so you can store the individual bars in your pockets and munch down on them whenever you can.

As Ruffian recommends, they have to let you go for a pss when you need to, so if you can't eat on the go, EAT WHEN YOU GO. (And if they don't, tell one of the supervisors you get on with that you've got a slight pss infection, and you're drinking lots of cranberry juice and water to clear it up, so you'll NEED to use the bathroom at times).

In regards to pinning time, I prefer to stick to the golden hour after waking up. Get up, use bathroom, warm my juice up, pin it. That way you know you've got it in you all day, and psychologically, you'll feel it working for throughout the day instead of WANTING it throughout the day.

The psychological part MAY not make much sense now, but when you've missed taking your regular shot, you'll know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.

A) yes... Find a way to eat or you will waste your cycle. Can't pocket some food and eat when no one is looking? Can you piss
in those 4 hours? Eat in the pisser really quick. Seriously though... Put some pieces of chicken or a cut up protein bar in your pocket an eat throughout your shift. Especially when working like that you need food, even if not on cycle.

B) any hour really.. Just make it consistent. I like mornings, but have done it at noon before. Whenever really.
