1cc or 1,5cc water?

Hi guys
Bassically I need your help with my first steps using GH. I already bought it but I thought they would come with some kind of instruction about how much water should I need to recombinate it.
Some friend told me that It would be enough with 1cc mineral water, but another guy told me better to use 1,5 cc mineral water.
I would like you to help me as I don't want to make mistakes and being fucked.
