Shoulder pains are.........

ad

A month ago I went to get a massage. I had been on test tren anavar and win Andy my muscles were so tight they could snap any moment. Well needless to say never do that again. Doing shoulders I strained something in the side and front delt. Pain runs along the lower trap to T4 and has now calmed down to run on the outer delt and down my lft bicep. Can't do side or front laterals, curls or shoulder press! Everything else is fair game. Go see the ortho on Friday but I've stopped training till I get some resolution. I also stopped AAS cycle to see if that would help. Any suggestions.....

Had similar issue. Crazy pain in trap area on right side and it went down into my delt, tri and forearm. Turned out I had a pinched nerve near C4 and C5 vertebrae due mostly to some disc degeneration. ortho put me on 15 days of methyl prednisone and it helped a lot. I didnt train for 2 weeks but am back at it for a week now. Still have a little soreness but nothing a couple advil and some heat cant solve.

I think this what I have! This a chronic injury which has occurred a few times in the past.

Let us know how you make out. See you are in your 40's too. Have to think this is the all shit we did when we were younger creeping up on us.

I wouldn't have stopped the cycle all together, just dropped the orals. How long where you on cycle? Did you start PCT? See what your ortho says but you would probably benefit more from continuing your routine with "much lighter" weight. Unless there is actual damage. I had a rotator cuff issue a few years ago and during therapy they kept me working it so it didn't tighten up again. Just my opinion. Good Luck!

I know your going to say Im nutz, but ive been on cycle for 2 yrs straight with Test and Tren as the main two. I am checked every three months with full blood work and the Dr. doesn't understand why my numbers are so great (protein levels,LDL/HDL, BP.....
I hear and agree with what your saying....
Thx

being on a cycle for that long, doesnt it become a problem that your receptors shut down?

I have had continuous growth as long as I eat enough. Several friends, some of which have competed for 20+ yrs have been on cycle non stop and these guys are pure animals. And by that I mean 285 290 at comp. The only thing I can do is tell you about myself and those few examples I know of. I do know that the guys who do PCT swear by it! Us old guys need every advantage we can get.

What do you mean by the guys who do PCT swear by it? If you stay "on" there would not be PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). I have just been invited to the Blast and Cruise club, so goodbye PCT. I will simply lower my injections back to a "Normal" level. Alright me and Normal may be a little far fetched! LOL ;-P
Any information you can provide may be helpful?

Went to Chiro today and they did Tense plus ultra sound. They told me I have tendinitis. I am having MRI and CAT Scan tomorrow. So trained today and ran test 400mg and Fin 100mg. Left the anavar and win in the bottle. I think the Anavar may be the culprit as I had been on it for 3 months. Did Chest and Tris, no issues whatsoever, but didnt really push too much weight, just enough to get the job done!! God it felt great! Tomorrow is legs!!!!!!!1 woooohoooo, make sure I remember to bring my puke bucket!!

you def want to take it easy when you have a weak/injured area, anavar and winny for that matter dry you out, in turn your tendons become very "brittle" i have herd a lot of guys complaining about joint and tendon pains with their use. Hope you get some relief, tendonitis is nothing to fuck with, with prolonged injury it will never heal correctly, ultrasound is good bc it helps align collagen fibers and enhance the healing process, last thing you want is to get surgery, try all options before cutting into the body, just my philosophy.
