Just some advice, don't resort to taking a strong drug like xanax. Yes it may help you sleep, but it will not be healthy REM sleep which your body needs. Also you wanna be carfeful with it because it is known to cause liver damage (especially since you are already on tren). Try some natural sleep aids such as melatonin. But if you want an actual "safe drug" (there are none btw) then you should try Ketofin. You will sleep like a baby.

Yes, I am a second year medical student and my father is a physician so i am not just spewing bullshit. Also I know from experience taking xanax is not a game..addicting as well.
