Thanks for the replies..very interesting.
How do they stay so lean while consuming 10 000+ calories a day? I do lots of cardio and swimming but can't seem to lean out like them...lol
It's still calories in vs calories out. Trust me, they burn more than they take in
Blood doping, EPO, HGH, and low dose testosterone
I forgot to add AICAR/ GW501516. A few pro cyclist have been popped for these in the last two or three months
I've obviously heard the expression and generally know what it is by why is this even beneficial? What are they gaining by doing that? I'm being totally lazy in asking because I haven't done a minute of research on it. Just throwing it out there.
They take out there own blood and that signals the body to make more RBC's to get back to normal. Then they add the bag of blood they took out. BOOM, more RBC's/ hemoglobin to carry more oxygen to working muscles and thus the greater ability to exercise at a higher capacity. Higher VO2 max, lower heart rate, etc..
I'd say nice job of dumbing it down, but it really is that simple.
Thanks brother. I usually have to dumb things down so I can understand them, LOL.
Hgh...because its undetectable or used to be. Tbol has been popular for endurance athletes.
Cyclelist are know for doing what's called blood doping. They remove a certain amount of blood and freeze it. Close to race time they put their blood back in. This has something to do with the red blood cell count or something like that. It's an endurance thing.
biggerthanyouMost of them aren't using steroids. Alotttt of HGH, peptides, epo and things like that that allow for longer higher intensity training and are hard to detect!
For the most part if my memory Serves me right, endurance athletes always get caught using winny. Especially Olympians. A couple fighters as well. Fernando Vargas is one I remember distinctly
Blood transfusions? Maybe. I doubt it's short-estered cycles only, it wouldn't make sense. What about hgh? You know?.. Blood transfusions is my best guess. Complete removal of blood, reinserted with steroid-free blood.
