winter cycle
39 year old, 1,72 meters tall, 94 kilos and 12-13 % bodyfat, a little to fat but will start with cardio in desember when i begin with this cycle. i will listen to advices and critisism. my diet will be around 3400 calories, ( 370 grams of carbs, 260 protein and 100 grams of fat ) should i increase my calories to say around 3700-800? the plan is to gain as much muscle as possible. this will be my 12 cycle, my last cycle was tren ace, master prop and test prop over the summer and it lastet 10 weeks with 350mg of each of the compounds. i was still a little unsure if i was to use hcg, i never get gyno trouble or any hints of it, i have prami in hand. the pct will begin 3 days after my last shot of test prop and its the basic clomid, nolvadex and i will use aromasin untill the last two weeks of the pct. is there something i have forgotten? please critique is needed but this is the cycle i have in mind.

when should i begin with the hcg, i have been reading about it and some say you should use it for 4 weeks and then take 4 weeks of? i was thinking of beginnig with hcg around week 5? i have been searching for torem on my sources but they dont have it.

You can do 70%carb-40%fats-60%protein out of your kcal - Multiply your weight to your TEE total exercise expenditure range 10-15 active to very active. And add 1000kcals to gain weight. For instance 200lbs X 14activity =2800 kcals for that person. And add 1000kcal to gain weight! And get the percentage between the macronutrients number. Hope this help! This how you track your macro. i will jack the calories up but i have to admit that i have problems getting that much food in me, i get an upset stomach and i hate the feeling of being full but i will try. the thing is, i dont get much out of deca other than lubrication of joints, its not a mass builder for me so i can easily take it away and replace it with, say 1-test cyp or just go with test and boldenone? adding proviron insted of aromasin? i will go with the hcg, twice a week with 250 iu a pop. the thing is also, i have male pattern baldness, i have a baldspot and its getting bigger and i love my hair so i guess deca doesnt help me in that department, maybe add finasteride to the cycle, i read that mixing deca with finasteride is a no no.
AnonIf you are prone to mpb then proviron could make it worse. Its the dht derivatives that can fuck with your hair, deca shouldn't really affect it much.
this is exaclty was i am worried about, i love my hair and i dont want to lose it but i love musles more. one solution could maybe be finasteride but i read horrorstories about so i am a little worried about it.
AnonYeah I dunno, ive read some scary shit about it as well but I have never needed to run it myself. Would rather be bald with a working dick instead of the opposite lol. Ive been shaving my head ever since my time in the army though so not really an issue.
i dont want to lose the pleasure to get to know the feeling of a woman so i rather go bald lol...how do you like being bald, i cant picture myself without hair?
AnonI love it, but my girlfriend says I look good with a shaved head. Its so much easier too lol, just grab the clippers and cut my own hair. When I was in boot camp and they first shaved it off I thought I looked retarded as fuck but eventually I just got used to it
