-1 Test n EQ cycle 16wks. Before and after with Pics!

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Here are the results of of my Test EQ cycle, this cycle there where a lot of first for me Like first time using EQ and HCG and even the Diet I used. For myself in the 16 weeks I felt an amazing difference by about week 10, felt pumped every gym session and really modivated even with the calorie difficant diet I changed to during the end.

My aim usually is never to get massive, as u can see im not a big guy by any means. Building lean muscle and getting those abs to show where my main goals and I got pretty close so im happy Smile

Stats:

Before: 76.46kg
After: 80.01 kgs

the before pic was taken about 3 weeks into the cycle and the after pic was taken last day of cycle, currently in PCT stage.

would I recommend EQ? if you asked me about 8 weeks in i'd say you where wasting your money but after the cycle YES I would. a 16wk cycle was a long ass time and if you like long cycles deff give it ago, as u see from my results with a great diet it will shred you.

No noticeable side affects I noticed, I did read that you get super hungry on this gear but I never go that so I found it easy to keep in a calorie deficit towards the end

I posted Pics of the foods and sups I used during the cycle and that's about it, love this stuff now!

Why are you using steroids? If you aren't a good athlete I don't see why you needed roids in the first place... Cause it doesn't sound like you are a trt guy

What were your macros and calories for this cycle? Did you monitor BF%? You definitely look much improved from your starting pictures but you were on a shit ton of gear and only put on about 3.5Kg (7.5lbs) in 3 months. Pretty sure you could have done that without taking all of that gear, which is why I am real curious about your diet. I just took my stats this morning and I have gained 7.5lbs of lean mass and dropped 3.5% BF over the last 3 months with my new diet and no AAS. Keep up the good work, you have definitely made an improvement but really focus on that diet and training now to be sure you keep what you have done. Before jumping into another cycle make sure you can gain quality weight with a good diet and training first, then you will really be amazed at how much a well planned out cycle can transform you.

I know this is late but he seems to have dropped a ton of bf so I'd say he put on a good 15lbs of lean mass but yea, his starting point is stupid.

Thanks Makwa, think I should give ppl a bit more info on myself so they can paint a better picture.

I train in Thai boxing so getting massive is not what im looking to achieve at this present moment. My fight weight is in the 170-172lbs area so 80kgs is slightly over weight for what im trying to go for. Reason for choosing the compounds I did was because of the low water retention and lean muscle it apparently builds

My diet for the first 8 weeks was 40% pro 50% carb 10% fat at around 4200-4500 cal a day, by the end of week 8 I was actually pushing the 84kg mark, strength was way up. my training obviously has no idea what im doing so he suggested I start started cutting to get closer to fight weight. so that's where dropped it to about 2500cal (75% pro 20%fat 5% Carb) and droped it roughly about 100cal every week, and man did that suck.

Training I lifted 4 times a week, boxing training 4 times a week and daily cardio. So im actually pretty active so I guess I do burn a lot of calories, im no couch potato lol.

If I missed anything ill post it up later, So again my aim was not to achieve the HULK kind of look but a lean fit endurance build for the sport im into.

Why didn't you say so in the 1st place? You would definitely benefit from a low dose cycle regardless. Since your plans are not to be Hulk anytime soon stick to the basics. I am a firm believer in low dose cycles because everyone is different and so are their goals.

Thats an awful lot of gear for someone who did not gain anything at all. You do realize you could have done the same thing with just the food you posted right? Good finish though. Try less amounts next time, you took enough gear for someone double your size.

Thanks bud I do realize it's a lot of gear, I just went off advice from members from this forum. I posted this up to get good advice for next time around.

Altho my results prob could have been better maybe I'm still very happy, best I have looked myself in years.

I wont take that away from you; you got really good results, but because of your weight; try a smaller dose cycle next time and eat everything in sight.
