Spring Cutter

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
Hey guys, this cycle is supposed to be a pre-summer cutter, I am looking to go 12 weeks and want to build decent muscle (as always) and get ripped up. I hope I added all the right ingredients into this and could always use experienced members thoughs
I've been an active occupational athlete for 7 years, I lift heavy weight 4 days a week and do two days of cardio/circuit training/cross fit. My diet is good and I just want to lean out some and get my abs showing more.

I have a few years experience with AAS, I've tried many compounds but never go overboard (IMO). I am looking for critique but not criticism, I know a bit out about AAS but not everything. Thank you for any input you can provide!

You know you are running the standard cut stack. I'm sure you do. I don't support the idea of you running Tren at this point in your AAS career. In any case, your Tren dose is way out of wack - cut it to 50, or drop it as the case may be. Second point, smart guys either don't use Tren or if they do, NEVER more than 8 weeks. This kind of thing always gives me heartburn. I don't support your Tren idea, but then, if your fucking determined to do it and I say nothing, that doesn't help matters either. If u were my client, I would have u run a keto diet with this (no carbs). Take a look at (this is the one I always use) http://thisiswhyyourejacked.com/dave-palumbos-ketogenic-diet Also, I can PM you the last keto diet I ran - it's all written out and done. Keto will really preserve the muscle while you dump the fat. It takes a good month for your body really to get comfortable switching metabolism from glycolysis to ketosis. A lot of guys just can't stand some of the discomfort that arises during that switch but once you are "fat adapted" you will have plenty of energy and feel fine.
If you are more sensible than I imagine, you will run an NPP cutter and get rid of the Tren idea. NPP is not all sweetness and light either, but it won't fuck you up the way Tren may.

Anon15% body fat tells me diet is not in check. In my opinion higher body fat percentage = worse side effects from tren but that's just my experience with it. If diet isn't in check its pretty well a waste of gear & time brotha I started out doing things wrong trust me on that.
12 weeks is wayy too long for short esters reduce to 8-9 weeks hit your diet hard - I'm talking actually tracking your macros and counting calories planning every meal the day before. 6 days eating clean one cheat day thats what I do lets you be a human being to keep sane once a week & still stay disciplined. If you're willing to pin tren you should be willing to do that in my opinion.
I'd advise to switch to prop/NPP you'll actually enjoy your life and not be an aggressive a-hole to your family and friends on it. Lol. Tren is a monster man even at a tiny dose if you are going to use the source I think you are his tren has been known to beat the brakes off of people.
For a "cutter" what you should try to do is go into a solid 300 or so caloric deficit ( at 15% anyways ) and just use low dose anabolics to maintain 95% of your muscle mass. Low reps like 6-8 strict form mainly compound lifts too much training will result in muscle loss during a cut we're just maintaining. Common mistake. With anabolics in the mix 8 weeks for my body is easily enough time to drop 4-6% BF but I cut up easier than most

AnonBtw - if you can't take in 450g protein a day this will not work even with anabolics. Dropping 4-6% that is, while keeping most of your muscle along the way.
Edit: wow missed this one. Mast P will do Notbing for you until your body fat is 10% or less drop it waste of $

What is your cycle history? Have you run tren before?
I'm not sure what you think that difference is, but trying to dictate what folks will write is only setting you're self up for failure. JMHO
And criticism is not bad, I just hate it when you attempt to learn something new like with this cycle and guys jump in and bash you like your some kind of jerk off. This cycle is different for me and I am hoping for good feed back that I can learn from. I appreciate all the help and knowledge you can provide, thank you.
