small low dose cut up run for holiday :)

here is my planned layout :

test p 50mg EOD 1-6
mast p 100mg EOD 1-6

keeping it low to a more physique kinda cycle, just using to help with LBM, while dieting and cardio.

not sure ill need a ai but ive got aromasin, armidex and letro on hand...

pct will be 7 days after final shot,

any tips for running the hcg? when/how much? never used hcg before but I feel it should/could be of benefit?

Unless you're on long cycle, or using a 19-nor I think a 10 day hcg blast at the end would be good instead of using it from the start as I would advise in those two situations I just stated. Start your hcg 14 days before pct, blast 1000iu eod for 10 days so you stop 4 days befor pct and it has enouh time to clear your system. This will wake your boys up and get them all plumped up and ready to make a quick recovery. But you could probably do just fine without it as this cycles so short but IMO it won't hurt.

Personally think its a little short. It takes my body a good two weeks to respond when i start cutting, ill drop some water early but I won't notice fat loss for atleast two weeks, so that would leave you 4 weeks left on cycle. If your already dieting then this might help you go into a little bit more extreme of a calorie deficit without losing lbm.

ive put 6 weeks as I wanted a short cycle, but realistically I can run it up to 8 weeks no issues, ill just start pct while on the holiday! no big deal bro...

8 weeks seems the norm for this kinda cycle

I would definitely go with 8 if possible. As for your hcg, I'm a huge supporter of using it, but I've never ran a cycle this short. I always suggest using it when you go over 10-12 weeks or use a 19-nor. So it's really depended on you and how bad you suffer testicular atrophy while on. If you do then use it, if not then your probably good. A 10 days blast at the end stoping a 4 days before pct would not hurt at all and Defintely make recovery a bit easier.

yeah 8 is short but ran a long ester long cycle previous to this one, just wanted a short cycle going for lean gains....

going to try keep the test/mast ratio 2:1 (2mast 1test)

Calalyst is best to answer any questions you have regarding the Actualy compounds your running and ratios, I don't have any experience with mast other then knowing it really shines below 10% bf.

I wouldn't run mast at 14% BF. Assume your profile stats are up to date mate?

yeah bro, stats are out ill adjust them now...

ive not measured but id say Im 10-12%, the only part of my body I hold fat is my stomach my arms etc are lean....

but yeah I agree from research your right about masteron but now ive started im dropping the kcal/carbs n upping cardio so I should be on the money soon

Worth running at that level, I'd usually say 10% and under is where mast earns it's value. I'm with Iron on the 8 weeks rather than 6. Could push the prop up a little? Proviron? Like I said earlier though, the compounds are nearly irrelevant here, it's all about the food. Keep your carbs going in as normal am, then drop em after early afternoon other than green veg. No sugars other than a little am fruit.
