pre contest bulk cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
So a while back ago I posted my pre contest cycle for my 1st show next year. Well that was when I was doing physique and now have decided to compete in the bodybuilding class. I have leaned up tremendously from 227 and now sitting around 210-215lbs. Diet is good! So I am starting around 16wks out to add some lean bulk hoping to get over 230 and start leaning up at 10wks out with cutting. Diet will be high carbs for 5 days low carb the other 2 days with cardio everyday, which is for the GW501516. Any input on how this will do me? I am 5'10 planning on light heavyweight class. Only posted from 16-11 because I will drop and starting cutting, thanks!

I want more of a challenge, just too many people compete in physique and realize bodybuilding is more for me. friends who compete in bodybuilding who place and look at them and its like really you took first? lol
Don't know of what show he/they did but that's not how most of them are. Either case I think you need to do a bulk cycle then do a contest cycle. There is no way to get into bb condition the way you have it set up
You're trying to do too much with this cycle imo...you won't come in good enough condition...16 weeks out is a bit early for ace too
Couldn't agree more with you! Tren ace should be used in final preps for a contest with the drying out and hardening effect not with a bulk. I personally would adjust with EQ and NPP. That would give you the higher red blood cells for the volume and fullness your looking for with the growth judging on your off season diet.
If your worried about fat, thus why you are using tren don't be you can monitor diet closely to help combat the onset of water and fat storage's as well as light cardio and HIIT training. GREAT POINT LEVEL!
My bf% is about 10% right now I'm having joint pain right now while off cycle. Obviously I wanna stay around 10% before I start to cut so would u recommend test e and npp or could I do a test prop deca? Thanks
AnonWhats your bf% at right now? Trying to bulk up and then cut down in the same 16 week cycle seems like a lot to try and accomplish. I've never competed so I dont know if its possible but the guys I know that do compete usually have a 12-16 week contest prep after bulking so they can gradually cut down and retain as much size as possible.
Are you lean bulking for 10 weeks and cutting for 6, or lean bulking for 6 and cutting for 10? Im a little confused by your post.
Bf % is about 10, I would lean bulk for about 4-6 wks cut for 10-12
