+ 1 Planning my second cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

This is only me planning it, so I can keep an eye on promo's for the next couple months.
I am currently on my last week of PCT for my first cycle. Bloods to be done after it.

First cycle : test e 500mg/week , AI 12.5 mg E0D , anavar 50mg/day for the last 2 weeks of test right up to to first day of PCT , so 4 weeks total.
Gained about 30+ lbs, still strong at 194 ish lbs everyday, started at 170lbs.

STATS: 25 years old , soon to be 26. currently at 10% body fat. 194 lbs , only done one cycle.
I workout 6-7 days a week, been working out since i was 13.

My proposed cycle :
Test P kick start 100mg mon-wed-fri for first 4 weeks
Test E 300mg / week for first four weeks and 600mg/week till week 12.
AI 12.5 mg EOD
Nolva clomid pct , I bought enough pct to run me 2 more cycles last time, screwed up my order.

Now I was thinking of adding proviron , any thoughts?

I'm here to listen and this is just a rough sketch. Whatever you vets say will be highly praised!!

If you keep the prop kicker, I would stay with 600 even from the start.. lowering to 300 is counterproductive, cause once the prop kicker is done and you start doing 600, your blood levels will be pretty low from just 300 test e.. so start with 600 and continue with that.. by the time the prop is done, the longer ester will be in full swing.. and whats your pct protocol? The usual 100/100/50/50 , 40/40/20/20? And why no HCG?

I was concerned about pinning almost a gram of test if I start with 600, but if that's the protocol I'll follow.

Also pct , yes the usual 100/100/50/50, 40/40/20/20.

I'll see what my bloods show and based on that I'll maybe use HCG?

The only side I saw from my first cycle was backne, but I am prone to do that , I've had backne since my teens. Nothing has helped.

If you are considering running provi with this cycle I would just stick with 12 wks 400 test e with 50mg provi first thing in morning on empty stomach. You don't need as much test with the provi since it helps to free up the test in your system. More bang for your buck with it. I'm running provi with all my cycles from now on and also run it with my trt dose and can really tell the differnce.

Should I not do Test P? Reason I am using it as kick start is due to my last cycle. I didnt really go up in strength till about the 7th week into my cycle, even though my body weight was going up. And when it did finally hit, my strength was through the rough.

I will drop the Test E to 400mg and 50mg proviron ED

If you are comfortable with the more frequent pinning and have good site rotation, 2nd cycle would be a good time to incorporate a test p kicker. I would suggest having multiple brands of prop on hand if it is your first go with prop. I went through 4 different labs until I found one that I could tolerate the pip, and it still is a bitch and I am still trying to find the elusive pipless prop. I now prefer tpp instead of prop.

Yes I pinned test E to 3 different sites. I will be using TAS as my source. I will look into tpp.

To put on lean mass, I'm gonna try and get to 185lbs and 7% body fat with diet and boxing. Then in about 6 months or so I'll be doing this cycle to get back to 200lbs but stay under 10% body fat.
