I got advice from someone on here and made some research from the things he shared. It seems legit and this would be coming off of my test/eq cycle. Feel free to share thoughts or opinions..

Dude where do you keep coming up with this shit. Are you a troll? before it was nolva and arimidex and now its arimidex aaromasin and nolvadex. This shit is not hard man theres 100000 posts and articles on the web with the standard nolva clomid pct. This isn't fucking rocket science.
My bad man. I did do some research for pct. I'm fairly new here and was just trying to see if I can get help out here for pct. Didn't mean to aggravate you in anyway.
You said you've run a lot of cycles soooo why are you offering up this crappy pct. You should know this isn't a good pct.
I have done a few I could say. And to be honest I never been good with pct. I would lose my gains didn't do much/barely even any research on it. I agree I've done some idiot moves. I put up this pct to see what others would think. I ran similar pct like this. And damn I was wrong.. You're completely right man. This is one crappy pct. I have done a ton of research lately for my pct which will be in about 16 weeks, and I do regret not doing my research before.
U can't run arimidex during pct causes estrogen rebound. U cant run aromisin that high with nolva u will crash your estrogen. Who told u to do this for a pct this is all kinds of wrong
I read the link below green ranger put up, I'm changing the pct. I'm not starting the pct until another 17 weeks. I was planning on adding hcg on my current cycle, and keeping arimidex. For pct take out arimdex. And run aromasin 12.5mg with nolva at 40mg. Little changes but is that a better pct?

Note the aro is so different.from person to person u might need less everyday u really have to understand your body reaction to aromisin before just adding it in pct if u never ran it before drop the.aro out of your pct and do nolva and Clomid only pct but if u do u need to double your nolva doses I layed out

Trust me u don't want to crash your estrogen levels. Just stick to the basic Clomid and nolva pct until u know how your body response to aromisin. Have u got blood work bro that's a key element in any successful cycle.
I agree. I do not want to crash my estrogen levels. I will stick with the basics. And yes I got blood work before starting my current cycle. Everything seem good. I am going back in a month for more blood work. Thanks for the advice man, you have no idea how much it helped me out

12.5 mg aromasin could still be too high start low and then adjust accordingly I use my aro @ 6.5mg 12.5mg is a no go for my system, everybody reacts differently so side in the side of caution
One hundred percent correct sir. Ai is such a personal thing. Everyone is completely different. That's why it's imperative for someone to understand there body and the reactions to different compounds before just goin crazy on things plus one

This would be my first time ever using aromasin. If you recommend using it low, I will try that. Is it okay to keep my nolva 40/40/20/20? I've used nolva alone before at 40/40/40/40 my body handled that well.

Use the magnifying glass search engine bro read more on Pct that blue upside down triangle at the top right corner accesses the search engine. Read read read & then type up your revamped pct protocol.
