You need to read up on first cycles. Just use the search function at the top of the page.
I'll give you a hint to get you started, it will only have one steroid!
When you get your plan figured out, post it in the cycle log section. Post your stats too, age, height, weight, lifting history, goals.
The cycle you translated from spanish is just plain crazy.... or stupid.
Doing steroids is serious shit, so the folks here want to see you do your own research before helping you get it ironed out.

I see these dumbass cycle plans on sources websites all the time. Or even better, cylces with deca for only 8 weeks no test, nolva as gyno protection etc. can't help but think who's the idiot who wrote this.
It truly boggles the mind. I know that there are guys who actually run this crap and then post it up and/or tell all their buddies at the gym. Then I think there has to be idiot trolls who just post garbage for a sick joke. It's bad either way.

WOW!! ok Mr. kyps, everything is wrong with this cycle. Please remember in this community we all help each other out, it might be a little harsh but it is in your best interest to listen and take the advice. The guys below me know what they are talking about. But my advice would be to get a solid high calorie diet and don't even think about the juice yet because you have only been in the gym for 3 years you still have a lot to grow naturally. For example, I didn't start juicing until i had a solid 11 years in the gym(not saying you have to wait that long). Also i would like to add whenever you do decide to start steroids start with test ONLY!! and an AI. Thats all. Oooo and RESEARCH! RESEARCH! RESEARCH! RESEARCH! RESEARCH!

Go there post up your diet let's work on this first. Diet is the key to been successful. Scrap the above cycle it's no good. Test is the base of everything. U need to learn how your body reacts with test before u add anything else into the equation. Sustanon is not idea test either for a first run bc of the peaks and valleys it can cause with your test levels. First post up your diet in the link I provided and your long term goals. Then after we figure out that we can help more here

Yup I'd change all of it you don't run DECA for that length pct is wrong and so is the Sust for a first time cycle...why no run a simple test e or c cycle you'll be blown away by The results but you may need to get ur weight up first from food...tell us about you
and if I change to 250 deca per week instead of 500?
