STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hi all I have been training pretty much since I was 16 in my early 20's I thought steroids was what I wanted I spoke to some one who knows about these things and as you can imagine I was told not to even think about it, but instead taught me how to diet and train much better which is qhat I needed. Had a few years on/off at the gym through marriage and my little fella, but the last 18 months ive been hitting it hard but seem to plateau at 70 kg my spotter is pretty much the same stats but is very much so still gaining maybe my levels are low not really sure though my stats 5"4 70kg bf 16-17 been doing a bitof cardio before my cycle aim to trim bf to about 12-13 before commencing with it cheers for reading folks

legs 3 times a week while on cycle. squats some squats and then some more squats followed by a walking lunge or a front squat until failure or throwing up:) get bloods before so you know your natty levels if you haven't already. Smolov squat power program is a great way to get better at squatting and grow them legs google it. first time i did smolov i added an inch to my legs and 70 lbs to my 1rm on back squats in three weeks all natty ate like a pig squatted 4 days a week did upper body one day a week and it was pretty fun! but im weird i love leg days

You say you're 16-17%.... get some calipers and recheck that. You look more like 13/14, if not less.

I will be thirty next month brother :-( haha it wasnt until I took this picture did I realize I do train legs I do squats leg curls. Etc matbe not had as much passion for them. My diet is pretty good other than the occasional pudding im eating 4500 cal I have 2 shakes a day on top I really couldnt fit anymore in cheers for your help any good leg routine mines obviously weak haha

You don't have to wait until you are 35 to use aas but I think you will find that if you work on your legs more, your body will produce more GH and you will break your plateau, not to mention by bulking up your legs, you can find an easy 20lbs right there.

Yeah im defo going to hit legs I do trrain legs just with maybe a little less passion than other things but I will go to work on them your comments are much apreciated cheers bro

I agree with mightymatt that's the first thing I seen work on them legs. Hit them legs hard and I bet u grow.

What's your age bro cause in your early 20s your natty test levels are thru the roof. U shouldn't need steroids if your hitting a wall think we need to look at your diet. Food is the most important thing . By the looks of your pic u have a lot more natty potential before steroids come into play.

I do max out training quite alot tbh but cheers and I wish I could go hiking were I live no such luck. My man

Bro set the treadmill on level ten and set it to four mph. Get your baclpack with 30 pounds in it. Do intervals on the treadmill and off. 3 on one off. After 3 rounds do ten squats holding the back pack on your chest. Then again.

Yeah that defo sounds like something that appeals to me right now beasting the legs while doing cardio awsome gonna try this out on Sunday gotta say though in my defence thats a bad pic makes my legs look smaller (not that they are big) lol many thanks forthe reply bro

no way am i putting you down bro. Every person is different. Working out legs hard builds muscle and creates a better anabolic enviroment in your body.

It would be wise to get blood work done to create a baseline of knowing your levels

Yeah I will definitely get them done before I start just keeping it very simple so I can see how my body responds cheers mate
