Ten weeks is a long time to run Tren. I get physically worn out from the side effects after week 6 or 7.

Let me back up a bit. I just noticed that you haven't run Anadrol before either. So, that would present a problem. Whenever you are running a new compound, make sure you are not running it on top of any other new compounds. You need to know how your body reacts to each new compound, and if you throw two variables into the equation you won't know which compound is doing what to you.
So, I would drop the Tren completely. That's the grandpappy of them all, and it can really f&%* you up. Save that one for cycle #10.

I think you should talk about your diet and training. The gear alone won't build much mass that you will keep. It's the food and the training

2495 total cal..275 g protein..180 carbs..75g fat

day 2s are a little lower values but similar,using diferint fats..protein 250 g..carbs 100g..fat 90g..total cals 2210

You should fix your table so that your cycle is mapped out for everyone to see. The one above is nothing like the cycle you wrote below. Also your PCT is a week to early. Should be at least 2 weeks after last shot of Test E.

Sorry did this from phone and will fix table later..thanks for info on pct will start 2 wks after last shot of test e..Also I'm not gyro prone but should I have or use prami or caber and at wat doses

If I were you I would run Test prop taper at the end. I did this for my last cycle and will always in the future. It would be good for you b/c the tren e is gonna shut you down hard. This way you give it a little more time to clear, will harden up (at least I did) from the prop, and instead of having 2 weeks between you last shot of TE you will only have 3 days using TProp before you can begin PCT.

Your cycle does not change. You're just adding a prop taper.

Prop taper >>> you are only running the prop during the time you are waiting for the long esters to clear. Take the prop during the time you stop the TE and start PCT

Figure you will get 9 shots out of bottle of prop. I know the bottle says 10cc, but can you really count on getting 10 shots? Probably not. So nine 1cc of 100mg prop EOD will last you 18 days. Therefore, just start at Week 13 run it EOD until the bottle is empty, wait 3 days, and start PCT.
